New Operations Manager
We would like to welcome Lyle Piper to the Conquest Team.
Lyle will be taking over the role of Operations Manager in place of Lee, who has moved to the sales team. He will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop and fleet. Lyle brings with him over a decade of experience. He worked at NALCO managing operations; we are glad to have him join the team.
Staff Changes
We have also had some staff changes within our team since the beginning of 2022.
Lee Hodgson will be joining the Conquest Equipment sales team after being the Operations Manager for several years. His focus will be on equipment sales and the AUSA line of articulated dumpers. Lee will be returning to his roots in sales where he started with Conquest.
Levi Evans came to the company last summer (2021), working as a maintenance tech. In December 2021, he was shoulder tapped to take on the role of shipping/receiving, purchasing, and logistics which was previously filled by Mick Hodgson.
Trinda Jocelyn was hired in 2021 for the Conquest Equipment marketing department on a part-time basis. With the turn of the calendar year, she has been brought on full-time. She will continue to take care of the digital marketing for Conquest Equipment.
Both Mick and Shawn have moved on to new opportunities and we wish them both the best in their future endeavors!
